The jacquard that lets your loom weave the design.
A weaver has a loom. The loom needs a jacquard that can hold a border, a butta, a body or a pallu. Valari builds that jacquard. Mechanical, when the design lives on cards. Electronic, when the design lives in a file.
The frame is mild steel. The drive is taken from the loom. The harness is dressed to the reed. This works makes jacquard heads, and the fitting that lets them sit on the loom the buyer already owns.
How we work

Built for your loom
The head is a fitting, not a new weaving machine. Frame, drive and harness are fixed from photographs of the loom you run.
Machined in-house
Jacquard parts are cut on CNC and VMC machines at Kottakadu Road, then assembled into the head.
Two heads, one works
Mechanical heads for designs that stay on cards. Electronic heads for designs that arrive on USB.
Run with you
The first design is run with the weaver on the floor, so the shed is right before the order is closed.
